We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our website host, our CRM, our scheduling tool, our messaging provider, and our secure document portal, each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the firm’s legal rights. Client tax information is protected under IRS rules and professional standards and is never used for marketing.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the period required by professional and tax record rules. Information is stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
